Tomira Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that the protection of personal information and specific personal information is a major responsibility. Therefore, based on our personal information protection philosophy and self-established code of conduct, we have established a personal information protection management system to embody the policies shown below, and hereby declare that we will work as a whole company for its continuous improvement while always recognizing trends in the latest IT technology, changes in social demands, and fluctuations in the management environment.

1. The Company shall formulate and appropriately operate on a continuous basis a personal information protection management system that complies with "JIS Q 15001:2023 (Personal Information Protection Management System - Requirements)".
2. In acquiring personal information, the Company shall clarify the purpose of use, obtain the consent of the individual, and appropriately acquire, use, and provide personal information in consideration of the nature and scale of its business, and shall not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use (use outside of intended purposes) and shall take measures to that end.
3. The Company shall comply with laws and regulations, guidelines established by the government, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.
4. The Company will take appropriate safety management measures to prevent and rectify the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
5. The Company shall respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
6. The Company shall continuously improve the personal information protection management system.
